We organize calls for proposals in order to select projects from women’s groups and organizations so they can develop actions for their own benefit, for other women, and for families and communities.

The Fund has innovated, having the use of pseudonyms as a main project selection criterion, to guarantee transparency and avoid favoritism.

The selected groups are trained in project elaboration, resourcing, administrative and financial management, communication, marketing, impact assessment and women’s human rights.

With different resources for every contest, the groups receive financial support to execute their projects. Throughout the implementation of the initiatives the actions are monitored with the intent to maximize results and to accompany the changes attained.
