She was one of the winners of the prize Empreendedores do Novo Brasil awarded by Revista Você S.A in partnership with the NGO Endeavor in 2005.

Rosana Heringer, Doutora em Sociologia pelo IUPERJ. Professora Adjunta da Faculdade de Educação da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Ex-Coordenadora Executiva da ActionAid Brasil entre 2008 e 2011; Coordenadora Geral de Programas (2004 e 2008) e Coordenadora do Programa de Direitos das Mulheres e Afrodescendentes da mesma organização (2006-2007).

Schuma Schumaher, Leadership Avina, pedagogue, executive coordinator of the Network of Human Development and co-author of the Dictionary of Women in Brazil and of Black Women in Brazil.

Vanda Ferreira, Ombudsman of the Petrobras Foundation for Social Security (Petros), coordinator of the Petros-Committee of pro-equity regarding gender, race and diversity, member of the Commission of Diversity of the Petrobras Committee of Social Responsibility, and academic director of the Instituto de estudo e Pesquisa de populações Afro-brasileira (IPEAFRO).

Vânia Narciso, Graduated in social services, work experience in the third sector by working for private teaching institutions, being in charge of fundraising for the implementation of educational/cultural programs in communities in need.
